"It's the New King of Comedy" - or so the Guardian wrote in 2000

This article from 2000 jumped out at me because I wondered how much further we have come in ten years? Name the top 10 comedies starring African Americans since this hopeful article ten years ago -

Hint - of the ten listed here only 2 have been produced after 2000 (and one of those is "Wild Hogs" which made the list because one of the four male leads was African American - hardly a reason to be counted in a very "white movie")....What happened? How did the bottom drop out?
